Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Salesmen should still register with the Housing Land Use and Regulatory Board [ HLURB ] in order to sell subdivision and condominium projects under Presidential Decree No. 957 [ PD 957 ] aside from getting their licenses or renewal of license from the Department of Trade and Industry.
However, in the case of real estate brokers and salesmen who are located outside NCR, their license obtained from their respective regional offices of DTI is already accompanied at the same time with registration with HLURB and therefore there is no need of a separate registration with HLURB, as they are deemed registered with HLURB.
Below is the requirement and basis for the registration of real estate brokers and salesmen.
