1. Certified photocopy of Real Estate Brokers (REB) License for five (5) years or a Certification under oath by employer or head of agency that applicant has five (5) years experience as appraiser in any government agency, banking/financial institution and certified photocopy of College Diploma

2. Two (2) recent identical copies of passport size pictures in plain white background with complete name tag

3. One (1) piece window envelope with mailing stamp for ordinary mail (for Report of Rating)

4. Appraisers Seminar & Review (accredited by BTRCP)

5. Examination Fee of Php 250.00

6. Current community tax certificate (cedula)
