Requirements:
1. Seminar Fee P4,500.00 inclusive of materials and snacks
2. At least 21 years of age
3. Two passport size ID pictures
4. Original and machine copy of College Diploma or Transcript of Records (Original will be returned after the filing of the application for exam)
Note: In case applicant is not a college graduate, at least 144 units in college will suffice or 72 units Plus at least four (4) years experience as license salesman
5. Self addressed stamp envelope or window envelope
6. CRESAR Certificate of Attendance
7. NBI clearance (needed in applying for License)
